Q: Why are my wigs getting tangled?
A: It could be caused by dry hair. Pls make sure to wash & condition your hair at least once a week, twice a week is better. Brazilian virgin hair comb the hair from time to time. You could go to your stylist for further suggestions.
Q: How long can it last?
A: Normally it depends on your method/level of care. Treat it like your own hair and take very good care of it, then normally it could last longer than 18 months.
Q: Do all the hair come in 1b or can I get a #2?
A: We only have the color #1b (natural black) in stock, if you want other colors, you can email us: Service@keswigs.com, And you'd better provide a pic of the color you want. Normally, we provide coloring service for some colors.

It’s a good wig and priced correctly. It’s very full for the density and the curls are pretty. The length is also good. I installed without bleaching or plucking cause I was lazy and it was still very easy to work with. I generally don’t pluck my wigs to avoid shedding unless it’s a thick hairline, and this one wasn’t an issue. The quality of the hair is soft but doesn’t seem like it will last a long time compared to other wigs I own nor is it as soft, but those were also more expensive. I think you should give it a try
Hair was soft. I installed it myself so it was easy and manageable. The lace was very high quality before I even glued the lace I knew it was going to be good. I would just say the wig I order was a 20 inch but was giving 18 inch.
They hair is very soft and I love the curl pattern. It’s also very full. The only two cons are the length being shorter than what I thought and the lace looks light brown, not hd. My stylist was as able to make it work though. Other than than I really love the unit.
So I usually don’t do review but since I rely on other peoples I figured I would.Now mine did smell. Not quite sure what it smelled like but I did wash it as soon as I unboxed it. And it was dry as ****. The wig isn’t the worst but it isn’t the best either. I ordered a 26” and received maybe a 22”. The curl is pretty but it is not silky and flowing at all. I used the mixed chicks styling cream to lock in some moisture - especially on the ends. The lace blends well. I’ll give you all an update after I bleach the knots and style it.Update.Knots did not bleach well. Will be attempting again.I found out using silicon mix has worked wonders on the hair. Once I wet it and brush it out I run some eco styler through it and then some silicon mix and it dries really pretty and stays moisturized.
Love the hair, worth the money.I got 30 inch and it’s true to length.
