Q: How long does shipping usually take? And can I use a PO.Box as shipping address?
A: Orders ship within 24 hours. We offer Express shipping ( free shipping ) which takes 2-4 bus days ( 2-4 Bdays in USA, others is 3-5 days ). The Express Shipping includes UPS, DHL and Fedex. And you can receive a notification after shipped out.（NOTE: PO.Box is not accepted. Don't use a PO.Box as your shipping address. Otherwise the package can not be delivered.）
And, you need to add your phone number when you file the shipping info.
Q: Can I exchange/cancel my order?
A: Yes, you can, but you need to contact us within 24hours via Email (Before Shipped), if not, it will be charged a processing fee.

A : Treat this hair just as if it was your own hair.
1, Use good shampoo and hair conditioner to care the hair. It’s important to keep the hair soft and shiny.
2, You could use gel or spray styling products to keep the hair style.

Q: Why are my wigs getting tangled?
A: It could be caused by dry hair. Pls make sure to wash & condition your hair at least once a week, twice a week is better. brazilian virgin hair Comb the hair from time to time. You could go to your stylist for further suggestions.
Q: How long can it last?
A: Normally it depends on your method/level of care. Treat it like your own hair and take very good care of it, then normally it could last longer than 18 months.
Q: Do all the hair come in 1b or can I get a #2?
A: We only have the color #1b( natural black ) in stock, if you want other colors, you can send us an email: Service@keswigs.com , And you'd better provide a pic of the color you want. Normally, we provide coloring service for some colors.
Q: How can I get in touch with you ASAP?
A: Email is the best recommendation, and you'd better write the most urgent question as the email title, and concise. The imessage/phone is the second option.
Q: How do I return my order? And how much will i get refund if i return the parcel already received ? Who pay for the the return charge ?
A: You can send an email to us, title as “Return + Order Number + Reason”, we will response ASAP. If you don't want your order /or you place wrong order/ or want a longer length/ you would like to exchange the order , you will pay for the return charge, and if you want refund will be reduced the 30$ from your amount (Shipping Fee).

As someone who is a wig newbie and completely bald (not by choice), this wig is great! I have previously purchased 2 synthetic wigs similar to this one and more expensive, but they do not compare. The hair is beautiful, smooth, very close in texture and thickness to what my hair used to be and the quality and price is very fair in my opinion. The hair is anywhere from normal thickness to slightly thin and it does shed a little bit when you first comb through it. The knots are not bleached so you'll have to take care of that on your own and depending on your preferences you can also customize your hairline a litte more with a bit of plucking. But over all I think its a really nice wig!

Great customer service and fast shipping but I was dissapointed in the wig due to the uneven hairline and the cap being too small. I did love how the wig came with the cutest little hair ties and a wig cap! The hair itself was quality hair and had a pretty wave but I couldn't work with the hairline and the cap not fitting causes me to give four stars. HOWEVER I did contact the company and shared my dissapointment and they were more than happy to issue me a partial refund, and let me keep the wig since I had already cut the lace and tried making the wig work. Their fast replies and great customer service is what makes me feel like I could give the company another try but with a different unit! Overall I recommend if you have a small-medium sized head and if you have the patience to work with the hairline!

This hair is so soft!! This is the first human hair I've ever bought from This site & I was skeptical about the quality but it's amazing. I bought the 20in long body wave wig. The natural texture is cute and wavy and it takes heat well like any human hair. I customized the wig and made baby hair. Unfortunately the frontal didn't quite fit me from ear to ear. I have a normal head size (medium) & I usually order medium full lace wigs or 22inches in circumferencel. And Ive purchased 13x6 frontals so that was surprising. I made it work though & installed the wig using Got2be freeze spray.

Loved the wig when it came in. It was super full and very soft, but upon washing it, I experienced a lot of shedding, and when detangling it I realized the hairs (or mid-shaft rather) had also suffered from breakage, so now the wig doesn't look as good as it first did out of the box.
Be ware of the hair when bleaching the knots as it doesn't take it well. I had to do it twice and still haven't gotten the desired bleaching.
Lace is also very rough and doesn't match as well as you would think for the price.
UPDATE
Keswigs was kind enough to send over a new wig after reading my review. The wig cap was significantly better and definitely fit my head better than the last wig, but I couldn't help but notice the significant amount of shedding that came with the wig. It curls and Deep waveens beautifully but sadly there is so much shedding from the lace front I don't think this wig can handle being styled or worn for over a few weeks.
I added a picture to show the amount of shedding from simply putting the wig on and brushing the hair.

I'm in love with this unit!!!! I installed and was able to wear my wig Deep wave out of the box. No customizing necessary. All I had to do was cut the lace.Hair quality & length exactly as advertised. Preplucked hair line with baby hairs. I will be ordering another one or see if they have a curly hair wig soon.

It's a nice unit for the price you pay for it. That being said. Its was supposed to be 18 inches it's more like 16 almost 14. Its supposed to be 150 density it's more like 130. I dont like how little space you have from the frontal to the last track sewed in. So if you want a nice realistic part in your unit. You will not get it with this unit. Again it's a nice unit for the price.

This is my very first wig I've ever owned. After a lot of Youtube education and research I decided to bite the bullet and I am glad I did. I was told to start off with synthetic first but I wanted the real deal and this one by Keswigs fit the bill. Quality is there, true to length, co-washed and hardly no shedding. The hairline is preplucked but definitely had to do my own to fit me. I even sowed my own elastic band in and its held up great. Lace matched my skintone but I still used some Sally hansen's Air Brush leg spray to tint it beautifully without having to bleach the knots. Time will tell but this is definitely a great first time wig. Definitely make the purchase, you wont be sorry! *Edit* It did come with the free lil goodies didnt get a pic of that though. (Lashes, hair ties, cap, and review card for discount)

This wig is absolutely soft and beautiful. Thin but I didn't want it heavy on my head anyways. I purchased it in February and here it is April and I'm still washing and wearing it with little to no shedding. I wear it every other week and it looks fresh everytime. It holds curls very well even with my 425 degree curling iron. I've worn it up in a ponytail a couple times too. Very versatile and can be dyed. Will be purchasing again.

Ladies Ladies LADIES!!! Stop looking because this is it! I ordered and I LOVE!!! Pre-plucked hairline and I didn't have to bleach the knots.... Haven't washed it yet but so far I've had no shedding and the hair doesn't smell. I got the 18''. Couldn't believe the price! Some red coloring but nothing to really worry about! I will def purchase again!

the hair is very soft and when i comb it thru with my fingers it went through tangled free i really love this hair but im going to send it back because i ordered a 24" and i measured top,middle,sides and back and the measurement was 16,17,19 and 20,i really loves this hair but i feel cheated,they said they will give me refund but i just really wanted my right measurement not a refund

Update: I had originally order the incorrect length 10'' which I didn't really care for return it and reorder the 22'' curly after being in contact with the dealer who seems really nice and understanding.
Received my wig yesterday, no bad smell, lace is only the 4x4 so that's true, length also seems about 20''-22'' so also pleased and the density is about 150 which I also like nice and full. However the hair color was not 1B or 2 it's has some red undertones in the hair color but it was cute because it make it look more natural. Hair is soft the only thing I can say I don't like it the texture it took a lot of product for the curls to look wet like the photo. Overall nice hair

Okay so I will start off by saying I was highly skeptical due to some of the reviews. But I am beyond glad I purchased this hair. It was my birthday weekend and I need something quick and good but reasonable..
When I first got the hair I was so excited. It was soft and very bouncy and full to me. I tried to upload the video I took when I first I got it but it only allowed me to upload one video and I really wanted to show y'all the color I dyed it to so that's were the videos comes in at. Color took with NO problems at all. I found a tip that might work for the ppl who said bleaching is causing dryness. Purchase a box color from Walmart or Walgreens and use this conditioner. It had my hair super soft!
The next two photos came from my photo shoot. I want curled my hair all over and basically just ran my fingers threw it for the shoot. My pictures came out Gorgeous!!
The next picture is my birthday dinner! Hair had been slept on and re curled and it was still flawless and soft! I was in love at this point lol!!
Last picture is after all that dancing and sweating I made it back to my where I live shampooed and deep conditioned my hair with that same conditioner. 4 days later is still extra soft and I'm happy I purchased. Definitely will be ordering again.
I tried to upload more pics then the usual person bcus if you're like me you want and need to see actual photos! And the reviews don't ever be detailed enough. So wanted to make sure I gave a great review. I hope this helps y'all! And for the ones who talk about shedding; all hair sheds. And the ones with the matted hair I will have to say a lot of ppl just do not know how to take care of bundles. It's as simple as that. Buy this hair lol

I just got the hair installed and it is so soft not too thick or thin. The hair doesn't tangle but sis had a bit of an odor. I would recommend and buy again.

Going on week 2 and minimum shedding.. True to it's length, actually had the hair dyed and it takes well.. I've bought from this brand before so I knew it would be bomb! Can't wait to order next time !!

The hair quality is very soft and very thick you can run your fingers through And there's no shedding. I got a 20 inch but I should've got a 24 inch because I didn't realize that once I Deep wave in there it would be this long I kind of want it longer. But overall this hair is worth your money!!
